Shipping & Refunds


When will my order be shipped?

For orders within Texas we will ship between Monday and Friday of each week.

For orders outside of Texas we will usually only ship between Monday and Wednesday.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed.  Additional processing time may be needed during Sale or Promotional periods.

How will my plants be shipped?

Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and within the United States only.

Most plants are shipped bare-root and without the pot. We do it this way to protect the plant and to reduce shipping costs. We will occasionally ship smaller delicate plants with a pot and soil.

Each plant will be carefully wrapped and surrounded by packing peanuts to ensure they arrive to your doorstep safely.

In order to ensure that your package arrives at it's final destination, please double check that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. 🌵




We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by weather. Please make sure your package is retrieved from its drop off location on time so that it is not left in extreme heat or cold for long periods of time.

We have no control over mistakes by USPS. If your package is delayed, the plants may arrive a bit dehydrated. Just pot them up right away and give them a few days to perk back up. Succulents are very resilient!

If your plants arrive damaged please take photos immediately and send us an email with your order number.
We are glad to help and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Payments processed through PayPal may take 7-10 business days to show up on your account after we have initiated the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns.
